• All guests must carry original (IDS). Without ID proof ,you will not be allowed to check in.
• All payment to be cleared in advance.
• Cancellation must be 2 weeks prior, if cancelled before 1 week then 50% will be deducted, if cancellation before 2-3 days then 80% will be deducted.
• Please do not request an early check-in or late checkout as it would in convenience the guests before or after you.
• Rs. 10,000/- is to be deposited as security deposit, which will be refunded as checkout.
• If any property damaged are incurred the villa Manager/ Owner is entitled to deduct repair costs form your security deposits.
• If you check out past 11 am, the Manager is entitled to charge you the Rs.10,000/- security deposit.
• Swimming costume is mandatory
• Please acknowledge the above, and your booking confirmation .
• Enjoy your stay here with your loved ones of makes your stay memorable here.
• The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/Festive dates.
• Wi-Fi all though it is subject to network availability at any given time.
• The pool has depth of Ft 4’3” [4.25] Guest are advised to be cautions, & Especially with children.
• Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution for a hassle free-stay.
• Barbecue grill canbe provided at an additional cost
• No loud music after 10 PM.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
• Any illegalactivity including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics- is strictly not permitted.
• Carry Your Toiletries [ Towel, Brush Pest, Hair oil, Soap Etc.] and Warm Clothes.
• No Refund or Postponed If any Member Cancellation and amount will be the same.
